• Fees & Payments – $180 per 60 mins / $260 per 90 mins. Payable at booking.
   
• Cancellations – >24h notice = no fee. <24h or no-show = 50% fee. Refunds in line with Australian consumer law.
   
• Confidentiality & Privacy – Services comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
   
• Intellectual Property – All website and branded content belongs to Living in the kNOw.
   
• Limitation of Liability – Outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for their actions.

Confidentiality

• All sessions are confidential. Exceptions: risk of harm, child protection, or legal requirements.
   

Payment & Cancellation

• Sessions: $180 (60 mins) / $260 (90 mins). Payable at booking.
   
• <24h cancellation = 50% fee. Emergencies are considered case-by-case.
   

Record Keeping

• Secure encrypted notes kept for continuity of care.
   
• Retained for 7 years (or until age 25 for minors).
   

Client Responsibilities

• Attend sessions on time.
   
• Provide accurate information.
   
• Engage openly and apply strategies.
   

Counsellor Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical, professional, neurodiverse-affirming support.
   
• Maintain confidentiality within legal limits.
   
• Provide a safe, respectful, compassionate service.
